                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO 
                   THE JOINT FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH THE 
                   CHATTANOOGA-HAMILTON COUNTY REGIONAL 
                   PLANNING COMMISSION FOR AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY 
                   TO INCREASE THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT'S 
                   SHARE FOR FISCAL YEAR 1994 BY ELEVEN 
                   THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED SIX AND 50/100 DOLLARS 
                   ($11,206.50) FOR GROUND CONTROL SURVEYS FOR 
                   A REVISED TOTAL OF SEVENTY-NINE THOUSAND, 
                   THREE HUNDRED FORTY AND 50/100 DOLLARS

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to execute an 
       Amendment to the Joint Funding Agreement with the Chattanooga- 
       Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission for aerial 
       photography to increase the Public Works Department's share for 
       fiscal year 1994 by $11,206.50 for ground control surveys for a 
       revised total of $79,340.50.
